What to write to us about
- Corrections. If a question or an answer looks wrong, tell us which question it was (copy the wording) and, if you can, link a source. This is the most useful email you can send.
- Bugs. Tell us what you were doing, what happened and what device and browser you use. Screenshots help.
- Ideas and feedback. Questions you would like to see, features you want, things that confused you.
- Privacy requests. Catamount keeps almost nothing about you, but if you have a question about your data or the privacy policy, write to us here.
- Press and partnerships. We would be glad to hear from you.
Before you write
Many questions are answered on the FAQ page, and the how-to-play and scoring pages explain the rules in detail. Your streak and scores are stored in your own browser, so we cannot see or restore them for you.
